Tamsin Ferris

Tasmin FerrisTamsin has been working in road safety in Cornwall for 12 years, having joined the team from university where she obtained a degree in public relations and journalism.

Tamsin has experienced a number of different roles and is now Fire & Road Safety Officer within the Fire Prevention and Road Safety Team in Cornwall Council. Part of her role is direct liaison with fire fighters, utilising them in the delivery of road safety and fire prevention campaigns.

Tamsin also has responsibility for planning and managing the annual campaign activity for the team, ensuring local evidence and needs, alongside the national campaign activities undertaken by the Department for Transport and Chief Fire Officers Association.
