Influencing driver behaviour and road safety in a large, decentralised, time pressured organisation

Evri – the new Hermes – is the biggest dedicated parcel delivery company in the UK, offering seven-day delivery solutions for anyone who wants to send a parcel.

This presentation will cover the scale, complexity in scale and variety of vehicles, drivers, operators and locations. It will also explain how we can struggle to understand the wider picture and how we’re seeking to do just that; the challenges we face, both culturally and corporately in promoting Active Road Safety (making it, quite literally, pay!) – and the positive impact a small group or individual can have on a large organisation
