Places at the exhibition, which runs alongside the conference, are allocated on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis – for the past seven years it has been fully subscribed.
The exhibition will be held adjacent to the main conference hall, where delegates will take refreshments. We will be limiting the exhibition to around 20 stands in order to ensure delegates have a fair chance of visiting all stands.
Exhibitors can book to attend on a ‘space only’ basis (no accommodation) or a ‘full package’ which includes accommodation and conference dinner.
Exhibitors can also book to stay the evening prior to the conference (Tues 14 Nov) – either on a bed & breakfast basis or, new for 2023, dinner, bed & breakfast which includes an informal networking buffet dinner and complimentary welcome drink – an excellent opportunity to mix informally with the delegates.
