Andrew Pledge, Director, Passive Safety UK

Andrew Pledge has extensive experience in traffic and highway engineering and road safety and traffic management, gained with local authorities at Borough, District and County level and with civil engineering consultancies.

Formerly Head of Traffic Management at Mott MacDonald Consulting Engineers, he is now a Director of Passive Safety UK. Andy is passionate about delivering safer roadsides and promotes the use of design techniques such as the “Four R’s” for use in the UK, by means of national seminars and crash demonstration days.
