Unfortunately we have sold out of exhibition space. If you complete the form below you'll be placed on a wait list in the unlikely event of any cancellations etc. Apologies for any disappointment.

Exhibitors can book to attend on a ‘space only’ basis (no accommodation) or a ‘full package’ which includes accommodation and conference dinner.

Exhibitors can also book to stay the evening prior to the conference (Mon 3 Nov) on a bed & breakfast basis.

We will hold bookings for a short period without a Purchase Order – in the PO box just enter ‘To follow’.

Payment We will confirm your place at the exhibition by email and forward an invoice. Please note: Purchase orders need to be raised to Stennik, The Thatched Barn, Low Road, Wortham, Diss, Norfolk IP22 1SH.
Cancellation policy All cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations are accepted up to Friday 12 September 2025 – after this date the full fee will be payable, even if you are not able to exhibit.
