Charging schools (and others) for road safety interventions
Telford & Wrekin Council’s road safety team was required to generate income and was given a target to aim for.
This presentation will outline how the team went about identifying the interventions that could be used to generate income, and developed a costing model to charge for the interventions on a fair basis. It will also outline a series of ‘wanted and unwanted’ consequences as a result of the initiative.
