Delegate Registration

NRSC 2025 is now closed for delegate registration. With more than 410 total attendees - the biggest ever attendance at NRSC - we have no further availaility for either day delegate or residential places.

The residential fee includes all conference sessions, lunch and other refreshments during both days, overnight accommodation and the conference dinner on the evening of Tuesday 4 November.

The day delegate fees include all conference sessions and lunch and other refreshments on the day(s) booked. There is an option for day delegates to book the conference dinner as well.

We will hold bookings for a short period without a Purchase Order – in the PO box just enter ‘To follow’.

If you are registering more than one delegate please complete the form for each individual attendee.

  • PURCHASE ORDERS need to be raised to STENNIK, The Thatched Barn, Low Road, Wortham, Diss, Norfolk IP22 1SH (NOT ROAD SAFETY GB)

  • All cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations are accepted up to Friday 12 September 2025 – after this date the full delegate fee will be payable, even if you are not able to attend.
