How Kent County Council improved road safety using connected vehicle data
This presentation will cover a pilot project undertaken by Kent County Council (KCC) in partnership with Compass. Compass and KCC ran workshops inviting various teams from Highways, Major Projects to Road Safety to explore how connected vehicle data could be applied to a range of use cases - from speed and travel times to a better understanding of freight movements across the borough.
This presentation will discuss some examples and problems the data was used to address.
