2024 Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors can book to attend on a ‘space only’ basis (no accommodation) or a ‘full package’ which includes accommodation and conference dinner.

Exhibitors can also book to stay the evening prior to the conference (Tues 5 Nov) – in 2023 more than 150 delegates took up this option. You can either book on a bed & breakfast basis (£190 plus VAT) or supper, bed & breakfast (£240 plus VAT) which includes an informal networking buffet supper and complimentary welcome drink – an excellent opportunity to mix informally with the delegates.

We will hold bookings for a short period without a Purchase Order – in the PO box just enter ‘To follow’.

Payment information

  • We will confirm your place at the exhibition by email and forward an invoice. Please note: Purchase orders need to be raised to Stennik, The Thatched Barn, Low Road, Wortham, Diss, Norfolk IP22 1SH.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations are accepted up to Friday 13 September 2024– after this date the full fee will be payable, even if you are not able to exhibit.
