Tony Crook is an executive group member of the Lancashire Road Safety Partnership (LRSP), an area manager with Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) and has served for 27 years as a fire-fighter. Tony is also a proactive member of the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) National Road Safety Group and is the NFCC representative at the National Roads Police Operations and Intel (NROIF) group meeting.

Following a local authority scrutiny panel, Lancashire Road Safety Partnership (LRSP) progressed an improvement action plan and is now in place to demonstrate best practice. This presentation will talk through this improvement journey to inform road safety professionals of the journey towards excellence.
