2026 Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors can book to attend on a ‘space only’ basis (no accommodation) or a ‘full package’ which includes accommodation and conference dinner.

Exhibitors can also book to stay the evening prior to the conference (Mon 23 Nov) on a bed & breakfast basis.

We will hold bookings for a short period without a Purchase Order – in the PO box just enter ‘To follow’.

10% early bird discount for returning exhibitors
There is a 10% discount for exhibitors who attended last year, and who book by 31 March 2026. Simply complete the form below and we will apply the discount when we invoice.

Payment information

  • We will confirm your place at the exhibition by email and forward an invoice. Please note: Purchase orders need to be raised to Stennik, The Thatched Barn, Low Road, Wortham, Diss, Norfolk IP22 1SH.
  • All cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations are accepted up to Friday 11 September 2026 – after this date the full fee will be payable, even if you are not able to exhibit.
