From Insight to Action: Embedding NRSC 2025 conference learning using LEGO® Serious Play®

11.30 - 12.15 • Wednesday 5 November

This workshop is now fully subscribed - no further availability

Conferences can spark inspiration - but turning that inspiration into action is often the missing step. This reflective workshop, limited to 20 participants, is designed to help delegates consolidate their learning from NRSC 2025 and identify practical, personal takeaways they can implement in their own work.

Using the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) method, participants will be guided through a series of structured build challenges that support creative thinking, personal reflection and peer learning. This hands-on approach will help participants surface what has resonated with them the most across the two days, explore how these insights connect to their own context, and articulate specific ways they can apply conference learning to support casualty reduction and road safety outcomes.

In the final activity, each participant will build a personal model that captures 'What I’m taking away from NRSC 2025’, supporting attendees to transform conference insights into tangible, visual strategies for action.

Participants will leave the session with:

  • A clearer sense of which ideas, tools or practices they want to implement after the conference.
  • A personalised action plan that can guide follow-up conversations with colleagues.
  • An understanding of how the LSP method can be used to support reflection, engagement and strategic thinking within their own teams and partnerships

No prior experience with LEGO® is needed. This session is ideal for those who would like to leave the conference not just inspired, but equipped to act.
