Good Egg Safety and TyreSafe

Good Egg Safety CIC is a multi-award-winning, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to protecting children and families and reducing preventable road casualties.

For nearly 25 years, we have developed evidence-based, independently evaluated programmes that turn road safety knowledge into practical action. Our work spans child seat safety, young drivers, older drivers and young riders, combining robust data, engaging education and real-world intervention.

As strong advocates of Vision Zero and the Safe System approach, we work with local authorities, emergency services, healthcare, education and other expert partners to deliver measurable impact.

At this year’s exhibition, we’re proud to be sharing our stand with TyreSafe, showcasing how partnership working can tackle multiple risks at once and help create safer vehicles and safer people, ultimately leading to safer journeys.

TyreSafe is the UK’s leading charity dedicated to improving tyre safety and reducing incidents caused by illegal and poorly maintained tyres.

TyreSafe works to empower road users with practical tyre safety knowledge and encourage safer maintenance and driving behaviours. Its vision is zero harm to road users caused by illegal or poorly maintained tyres.

Over the last five years, an average of 163 people per year have been killed or seriously injured in incidents involving defective tyres. More than six million tyres are also estimated to have illegal tread annually in the UK.

Through a combination of education, campaigning, research and partnership working, TyreSafe is working to make tyre safety a fundamental part of safer motoring and help make UK roads safer for everyone.
