Delegate Registration

The residential fee includes all conference sessions, lunch and other refreshments during both days, overnight accommodation and the conference dinner on the evening of Tuesday 24 November.

The early bird residential places have all been taken - no further availability.

Also, please note that we only have 150 bedrooms at The Queens, with another 100 rooms at the nearby Hyatt hotel. These will be allocated with priority given to delegates who book the two night package, and thereafter on a 'first come, first served' basis.

The day delegate fees include all conference sessions and lunch and other refreshments on the day(s) booked. There is an option for day delegates to book the conference dinner as well.

We will hold bookings for a short period without a Purchase Order – in the PO box just enter ‘To follow’.

  • All cancellations are subject to a 20% administration fee. Cancellations are accepted up to Friday 11 September 2026 – after this date the full delegate fee will be payable, even if you are not able to attend.
